Will I get a refund if I am unable to attend?

Are the shows or masterclasses private or shared with an audience?
Like our private Roots, Alegría and Premium shows, our one-hour masterclasses are private with exclusive use of the space for your activity.
Is there an age limit to attend?
There is no age limit, but in the case of the masterclass and due to the different types of learning according to age, we recommend contacting our team in advance so that we can optimise the learning time with a tailor-made masterclass.
Is prior knowledge of flamenco required?
If you have prior knowledge of flamenco, congratulations! Our professional team adapts to all levels. If you have not had previous contact with this art form, do not worry, you will start to love flamenco from scratch.
Is there a dress code?
For our masterclass, we recommend comfortable clothing and footwear. A class adapted to a more advanced level would require the minimum equipment of flamenco dance shoes, skirt, etc. (we understand that not everyone carries this in their purse). If you wish, you can consult our team so that they can provide you with a flamenco outfit for hire.
What are the opening hours for booking services?
Our opening hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. However, if you require a different time slot, please contact our team so that we can offer you a service tailored to your schedule.
Are all flamenco shows held in the same place?
Our masterclass is held in our studio in Seville. If you would like one of the Roots, Alegría or Premium formats, the space is transformed into an intimate/close setting to enjoy flamenco up close. If, on the other hand, you need us to move to another space in the city or outside of it, that is no a problem, so please do not hesitate to consult our team.
Would I be able to change the dates of the contracted service?
Yes, it can only be accepted subject to availability and up to 72 hours before the service takes place
