Questions & Answers
Will I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
Are the shows or masterclasses private or shared with an audience?
Like our private Roots, Alegría and Premium shows, our one-hour masterclasses are private with exclusive use of the space for your activity.
Is there an age limit to attend?
There is no age limit for the masterclass. However, learning styles vary by age. We recommend contacting our team in advance. Therefore, this allows us to design a tailor-made masterclass and optimize learning time.
Is prior knowledge of flamenco required?
If you already know flamenco, congratulations! Our professional team adapts to all levels. In any case, if you are new to flamenco, don’t worry. You will start loving this art form from the beginning.
Is there a dress code?
For our masterclass, we recommend comfortable clothing and footwear. Nevertheless, a more advanced class requires flamenco shoes, skirt, and basic equipment. Although we understand not everyone carries these items. You can consult our team to hire a flamenco outfit if needed.
What are the opening hours for booking services?
Our opening hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. However, if you require a different time slot, please contact our team so that we can offer you a service tailored to your schedule.
Are all flamenco shows held in the same place?
Our masterclass takes place in our Seville studio, where we create an intimate and authentic atmosphere. For example, with our Roots, Alegría, or Premium formats, we ensure that guests experience flamenco in a close and personal setting. As a result, you can truly enjoy flamenco up close and connect with the artists.
Would I be able to change the dates of the contracted service?
Yes, it can be accepted, provided that availability allows it. However, requests must be made at least 72 hours before the service takes place. Otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate the change.
